Mohammed A Gomaa is a Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at Minia University, Egypt. He completed his/her Graduation at Minia University in 1990, Residency at Minia University Hospital. He was a Research Fellow at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center from 1996 to 1998 working on Head and Neck Cancer. He is a member of American Academy of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery since 1999 and now serving on diversity committee and on international committee, also serving now as a Global Liaison of Otorhinolaryngology Section of American National Medical Association. He has published 25 articles He is a Consultant, Research Leader, and international scholar in the field of Otorhinolaryngology

Dr. Somia Tawfikis a professor of Audio vestibular medicine, college of medicine, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. The main area of interest is auditory processing disorders where she developed diagnostic test materials and intervention programs in Arabic language with a team in audiology unit, Ain Shams university. Currently, she is a member of the audiology committee of international association of logopedics and phoniatrics (IALP), the International Association of Physicians in Audiology (IAPA, the Egyptian Audio-Vestibular Medicine Association (EAVMA)and the Egyptian Society of Oto-rhino-laryngology. She is an editor of the Egyptian Journal of Ear, Nose and Throat and Allied Sciences (EJANAS). She is a member of the Egyptian University Higher Board committee for promotion of professors in otology, audiology and phoniatrics.The current research is focusing on new horizons in diagnosis and management of auditory processing disorders in special population.

Prof Produl Hazarika MBBS, DLO, MS, FACS, FRCS (Edin), FIAO, FUWAI, Fellow of UICC is presently working as an otolaryngologist in NMC Specialty Hospital in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. He is a former professor and head and director of post graduate studies of the department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. He has 28 years of clinical teaching experience both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with over 100 publications in various national and international journals. He was selected as international guest scholar by the American College of Surgeon in 1986 and has travelled widely to the U.S, Australia, U.K and Malaysia, Switzerland, Mauritius on various fellowship programs.

Dr Matthew Broadhurst is a fellowship trained laryngeal and upper airway surgeon specialising in laryngeal surgery, voice restoration and obstructive sleep apnoea. He returned to Brisbane, Australia from Boston, Massachusetts in 2007 having worked for 2 years at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. He was the first fellowship trained laryngeal surgeon in Australia and now has a large tertiary referral practice in voice and larynx disorders and sleep apnoea. In his practice, he utilises state of the art techniques in surgery to the airway and is actively involved in clinical research and education both nationally and internationally. His areas of special interest and research include KTP laser for dysplasia and glottic cancer, short and long term management of vocal fold paralysis, phonotraumatic lesions in professional voice users and laryngeal papilloma.
